Mobile Applications Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Challenge Gym (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) handles information when users
interact with our mobile applications published on the Google Play Store.
Our applications include, but are not limited to: Omnipresence, Motivational Timer, and other
applications published under the Challenge Gym developer account.
- Information We Collect
Challenge Gym applications do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, address,
phone number, email address, or precise location. Our apps are designed to operate primarily offline
using information stored locally on the device. - Device and Usage Information
Limited technical information may be processed automatically by the app or third-party services to
ensure proper functionality. This may include device type, operating system version, and crash reports.
This information is used only to improve app performance. - Advertising
Some Challenge Gym applications display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners
such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect advertising IDs, device identifiers, and
advertisement interaction data according to their own policies. - Local Device Storage
Some information may be stored locally on the user’s device to allow the application to function
correctly. This may include in-app currency or rewards, application settings, downloaded content,
gameplay progress, and coupon redemption history. This information remains on the device and is not
transmitted to our servers. - Downloaded Content
Some applications such as Omnipresence allow users to download digital content including images or
3D model files. These files may be stored on the device for viewing and can be deleted by the user at
any time. - ThirdnParty Services
Our applications may use thirdnparty services including Google Play Services and Google AdMob.
These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. - Children’s Privacy
Challenge Gym applications do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe
a child has provided personal information through one of our applications, please contact us so
appropriate action can be taken. - Data Security
Because our applications do not collect personal user data on external servers, the risk of data
exposure is minimal. Most data is stored locally on the user’s device. - Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements or changes in our applications.
